I've found this recipe today and I need to share. Cupcakes, in a jar, with tiny hearts :3
Red Velvet Cupcakes In A Jar
YIELD: 8 servings
PREP TIME: 15 minutes
COOK TIME: 24 minutes
INGREDIENTS:
For the Cupcakes
1 cup cake flour
2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
2/3 cup vegetable oil
3/4 granulated sugar
1 egg
1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
2 tablespoons red food coloring
1/2 cup buttermilk
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
3/4 teaspoon white vinegar
2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
